A. INDIVIDUAL Contacts & Confirmations
A.1) DO NOT SEND "OLD" or "New" IRC's, Postage Stamps, or equivalents
(IMPORTANT: The Portuguese Postal Services don't accept IRC's)
A.2) INCLUDE a LABEL ADDRESS, ONLY ! AVOID S.A.E. !!!
A.3) PSE, DON't PUT ANY CallSign (your or mine !) on the envelope
A.4) QSO / SWL Confirmation by QSL (accepted methods):
1) "LoTW" (For QSO's ... ONLY)
2) "eQSL" (Available if requred) or "iQSL" (Automatic)
3) "OQRS" (NOT YET Available)
4) "Direct QSL" (QSL info: via Email)
5) "Bureau EBQ" - (NOT YET available)
B. The necessary Counterpart for QSO / SWL confirmation is as follow:

Remarks:
(1) - Differential treatment can be applied in extremely exceptional situations.
(2) - Via Email for now (HRDLog.net, not active, yet)
(3) - Any PORTUGUESE Amateur Radio, living "Outside Portugal - Mainland", Azores Isls. & Madeira Isls, can confirm the QSO by the same way as CT's, CT3's & CU's.
(4a) - Remember that Processors apply a fee around 20%. For "Outside Europe", all remain the same as showm above.
(4b) - We stronly recommend that you use a SAFE METHOD to process the "GS": More info by Email.
(5) - All the data shown above can be reviwed at anytime, if justified.
